Pros
These mini mechanical timers are what i call brain-dead simple. The setting gets you close to the 1/4 hour so 5:15-ish or 10:30 -ish, for example. Love this timer.
Using 4 now to run light schedules, reservoir pumps and a dehumidifier. This saves us energy by turning off several hundred watts of electricity during the day.
Cons
Only 1 of the 2 works properly. No response back from customer service.
The instruction manual is difficult to read. Still it’s very confusing. I'm sure it's my misunderstanding of what seems to be simple directions.

Rather than keeping lights on all day which gets costly and looks suspicious in itself plugging a few lamps in to come on at dusk or varying times and go off at preset times allows my house the added benefit of appearing as if its inhabited

The ampm on it seems a little confusing but as long as you set it to the current time it really doesnt matter if you use the day or night section

My cons are that they arent exact and they use 30 minute intervals so every morning there is a 1530 minute time period where the lights are on at the same time or arent on at all

My second con is that you cant use two on the same outlet and they take too much space

I recommended this product for daily and basic use but i dont recommend use it on something you might rely on such as security products or food storagecooking products

I had some issues with the some of the buttons sticking together so i couldnt set the schedule to exactly the time i wanted but its in increments of 15 minutes so its not that big of a deal
