Pros

Only complaint is i wish it could be set below 40° f for a minimum temp setting. My only slight complaint is the 2 degree temperature range for it to trigger back on.

My fan is within the 400 watt limit by some luck on my part. The cord to power and the cord to the temperature sensor is plenty long and has a suction cup.

The device is easy to setup, with an led display for the temperature. It feels well built and sturdy. Very good quality and functionality at a low price.

Cons

The thermostat is plainly labeled cooling but it works opposite. There was nothing in the product description stating this limitation. We quadruple checked the instructions and controller settings, this is most definitely not user erroe.
