Only thing id suggest for buyers is to place it on an antislip mat prior to filling it up with water as it is pretty heavy but will scrape along the floor if not on something that it wont slip on

I suppose you could raise the torso for this type of training as it has a bit more weight behind it but if youre tall then raising the torso too high will put a lot strain on the base and could possibly snap it so i wouldnt recommend this

The only problem i have is if i move house im going to need a sack truck and a couple of friends to help move it because theres no way to get the sand out of the base now
