Pros

Century bob is one of the best sparring partners i have had. Will be perfect to train the wife and the kids for krav maga techniques. Really good to increase your cardio but also your strikes precision.

Cons

Even after many days it stays deformed. I punch with no gloves to minimize noise but can't use this product because of how much it squeaks. Very disappointing and not very good value.

What i believe i will dislike is the draining of the product used to fill the base

Packaging it was fine but i did have some missing hardware

Competitiveness

Its great for my daughter to practice her taekwondo

I preferred these over punching bags but bought a bag instead because of the cost
