All the minerals and vitamins fits in one single tablet. Tablets are kinda bigger but it have to be coz all the vitamins and minerals fit in one tablet. It's listed among the good multivitamins.
Cons
This product expires 04/2019. This item has gelatine and that wasn't stated on the post. Why on earth do vitamins needs red and blue artificial chemical food colouring?
