It has everything you need and i especially like that is gummies which are easier to swallow rather than tablets

Unfortunately made by pfizer but still good vitamins
So id recommend sealing your gummies in 3 separate bags shoving them back in the bottle and they will stay fresh the entire three months

One would think to try out some alternative brands in case they may be better but after doing a lot of research in regard to which brand had the most nutrients packed into a multivitamin centrum still remained on top for their gummies

The pills are medium size i would say definitely take it with a liquid as in dont try and dry swallow

The taste is a bit funky slightly bitter and bit like oats if that makes sense so i recommend downing it with water or something quickly however it wont leave a long lasting taste in your mouth

Maybe it’s a confirmation bias but i feel like i have more energy when i take these in the morning versus days i forget to take them
