The b12 in this multivitamin is cyanocobalamin synthetic. Impossible and not safe to consume the all the vitamins within one month. Please look into expiration dates before shopping to customers.
Product causes nausea and stomach pains after taking. Whenever i take this pill, my upper back receives a sharp pain and then my stomach starts hurting afterwards.

Their vitamins there’s not much to say but i’ve noticed i haven’t gotten sick in a long time i hope i didn’t just jinx myself but i take one every day i’m not a doctor but i have to believe they are working
