The price was just over $20 including the delivery—that is a bargain! The off white color is deeper than i expected. It is shiny and smooth. I like this one because it won't slam down but more importantly, it cleans up easily.

Underneath the seat has 4 support nubs (or “feet”) to support the toilet seat. All the covers & screws are inside which are carefully packaged. It is very sturdy and does not bow when you sit on it.

Easy to install. The closing is a little slow at first, but pretty much silent so you don't have to lower it quietly and risk touching the rim of your toilet. It slips a little.

Toilet broke after 3 days of use. It was installed in a bathroom that barely even gets used. It should have lasted much longer.

I expect that the black fluid which leaked was some sort of hydraulic fluid. It’s cheap plastic disguised as wood.
