Great product a small pinch goes a long way for water absorption and hydration

So far this is the best celtic sea salt i have tasted and works really good when implemented with my food

After a week of a pinch of this salt before drinking water i don’t have that flushed feeling anymore

After a workout a pinch between cheek and gum and a cold glass of ro water

I recently purchased this because of the low sodium content per tsp compared to iodized table salt

I can seriously taste the difference with this sea salt compared to iodine salt
