Pros
It soothes my headaches, helps me stay hydrated, and generally makes me feel good. I love that it is calorie-free too. Great electrolyte powder for people looking for a healthy alternative.
This stuff is fantastic. This one fits the bill. Boom your back to business.
Cons
The jar is much much smaller than i expected (the diameter of the jar fits within the palm of my hand and i wear size small gloves generally) it tastes like salt. It's a little bit like lemon, but mostly very, very salty.
