Pros
The flavor is great and it mixes super easy. Since i do not use full scoop, the whole container lasts double the time. The one downside is that it does not fully dissolve in the recommended amount of water.
Creatine nitrate is a great pre-workout supplement. There is a niacin itch the first few times you use it but your body adjusts. It helps me at the gym a lot and especially with my morning workouts.
Cons
The strawberry margarita has to be the worst flavor i've ever had. The pink lemonade tastes like gatorade powder. This metal is not fit for human consumption so pretty a complete wasted tub of contaminated c4.
The serving size in the new packaging is smaller (6g vs 6. G) ingredients arent fully listed, just a “proprietary blend’ aka a blanket term to hide the full list. The strength is not even there, you need more than one scoop.

Very happy with the purchase came sealed with scoop inside
Just a heads up though the packaging might change but whats inside stays awesome

Ive tried several other brands including gorilla mode and redcon total war and to me the c4 tastes better and is more reasonably priced

This preworkout while offering a variety of benefits such as vitamin c for immune support and being sugarfree unfortunately did not meet my personal need for a strong caffeine kick

In my case ive opted to adjust by selecting a preworkout option with a higher caffeine concentration and now supplement creatine separately
