Pros

Cell food could be a life changing supplement to most people who have aged. I'm not sure about pain relief but for me it has helped with endurance and my breathing. It shortens the recovery time and helps with pain relief.

Is that the most you should consume in a day? I use cell food to give me more oxygen, so it helps me to breathe normally. Energy is amazing. Cleans out toxins.

Cons

They also claim the deuterium freedom act was passed by congress in 1985 to honor him, which is entirely fictitious. The products i've received from this supplier are way under par. Expiration date has less than 1year!
