My top tip would be to put the phone into the holder before securing the large circle and then take the part off to remove the phone from the mounter

Ive used quite a few phone holders over the years and especially suction cup ones and i had sworn off them after the fiftieth time hunting round in the footwell of the car as the damn thing fell off again
