Always use the sinus soother. This routine is a lifesaver for me. It just relaxes you and calms you.
The tea has a slightly sweeter flavor than the original and the extra, but not sugary sweet. I have allergies and find this tea helps to thin out the phlegm and mucous.
The menthol gives you that touch of minty flavor and a nice cooling sensation. It's great for my irritable sinuses, and it also have a very pleasant taste. Not medicinal smelling or tasting.
