Pros

This makes grabbing our favorite movies easy as fast if we need to evacuate. The best feature is that it locks when you are not retrieving a disk, so if the unit falls or is dropped, you do not have disks everyplace. Goodbye space consuming dvd boxes.... Read More

For those of you who are unfamiliar with these, there is a bottom tray that pops out by touching a lever. This contains your index for the discs you own. Free template for the index that you download from their website.

Each case has a retractable drawer where the list can be stored. Design for the list means you need more counter/shelf space.

Cons

Unlike their disc selector 100, this model is a big disappointment. There's no neutral position so you can open the cabinet without lifting a disc.

My previous ones mechanism about 8 years old to do this failed meaning i had to manually hold it open

I believe it is a good value for the money

It would be so easy to do and i would happily pay 10 or 100 times the price of this unit for such a solution
