Some instructions would have been useful but if you have a fitbit charge 2 you already know how to remove and replace bands

I wouldnt recommend it during a workout because it does come a tad loose since its almost too heavy for its magnet

Careful around delicate fabrics though as the edges might snag

The band it came with did not allow for air and would make my skin under the band soggy and smell like rotting flesh
