The writing is clear and concise. His style is to be very thorough. All of it is organized in a way to help you learn the material and gauge your understanding so you know what to review further.

The product comes with a few practice tests and a lab simulator. The lab software is on the companion website. The included lab sim lite is very helpful as well. Cisco.

Cons

The kindle edition is worthless. The books are disgusting, fingerprints and food/dust particles within the book pages themselves. Software cd not in the box.

I purchased this because it was the official cisco book and i figured it would be a solid bet for getting my ccna certification

The value is great and it has everything you need for ccna

Most importantly you get both volumes for about 40

I wasnt able to use the 70 discount for the premium edition as advertised on the insert

Finally the coupon codes work which enable me to get the premium online edition for 70 off which comes out to about 14

Shipping

The product was delivered promptly and in excellent condition

Finally got tired of the crap and just got it 2nd day amazon

Now upon receiving the product i immediately went to the registration step

Definitely will help me pass i didnt care too much about the box being opened because the books still appear to be brand new and untouched

Competitiveness

The lab simulator was fine but ciscos free packet tracer was a lot more helpful

Boson questions are too simple to compare to the exam but can be used for studying but it is double price for less
