I had to drill out the hole a little bit after disassembling the knob and isolating the section that needed to be modified

Overall im very satisfied because my previous solution was very ugly and unreliable lots of thermal runaway

Using the base that the led comes installed in was a struggle as it would not lock into the socket properly
