The clamp is strong, even with 6 items plugged into it, there’s no shifting or sliding and it also doesn’t overheat. Most cheap protectors i’ve gotten feel flimsy compared to this thing.
I work at a large 1950's era hamilton drafting desk (the coveted 6' model) and it's a huge struggle to run cords and cables to the back of the desk. This cord is heavy duty with heavy gauge wiring. It has a long enough cord to reach the main outlet.
