We love this and all of our pets use only one. They are pleased. Kitty loves it. My kitten is not quite sure what to make of it yet.

When the water level gets low, it makes a louder noise, good reminder. I seem to hear the fountain more when the filter/unit needs to be cleaned.

Removing the lid assembly to refill the fountain tank could be a bit better. You really want the pump centered inside the uptake tube to get flow out of all sides of the flower at the top. It works with most generic pump motors.

Highly recommend. Purchased 3/22/22. Bought this green one. The 2. Screen is the best i've ever purchased. I'll definitely get one.

Even after adjusting it and opening and reclosing it again. After only having several months, the cord rips out from the pump and is no longer working. Secondly, the actual pumping force is almost nothing.

The biggest issue by far is that the filters clog within 3 days. It grows black mold in only a week.

The flow is very tiny, and noticed my cats turning their heads sideways to be able to drink from it. It got knocked over by the cats in the middle of the night and didn't work in the morning even after drying out. I'm definitely not getting the catit ... Read More

Filters are pricey but keeps water fresher and cats drink it more we have one with kidney problems so thats important
