Cons

Use of thinner plastic leads to having to refill the bag again and again since the small amount of water easily evaporates. Not only that but they smell like an actual dumpster. Horrible, just a useless fly trap.

I have noticed a distinct drop in the fly population i live near a horse boarding outfit and it didnt take long for the bags to become populated with angry confused and desperate dying flies

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Its so easy for them to enter the bag and impossible for them to exit

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

You have to add a little water every once in a while to keep it active but the bags are slowly filling with the treacherous little disease carriers and im sure their rotting corpses only serve to attract more of them

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

You want to hang it away from anywhere you might be sitting though as the pungent effluvium which serves as bait is fairly unpleasant to humans

I would take a photo but just imagine a plastic bag full of dead flies

One drawback the string that holds it keeps breaking
