Theyre perfect for that little boost of caffeine when you dont want to drink soda or an energy drink
Each mint has 30mg of caffeine which is about 75 the amount of caffeine in a can of soda
On the tin it says that three mints equals one energy drink
Energy drinks range from 120 to 200mg depending on the brand so i dont think three mints will give you quite the same boost but with these you know youre not getting all of the adverse side effects of energy drink addiction
