The twist on the other cat6a wire are very loose it appears to have even less twist than cat5 cable
A cat6 wire not too thick but not too thin
The other cat6a cable has a smaller outside diameterno spline so there is a gap between the boot and cable
Much much thicker than cat5e and much thicker than cat6

The only issue i had with the wire which is something to be aware of is that because it is so thick it is almost impossible to terminate with plug ends

Running cable through existing walls is generally pretty terrible

This cat6 shielded cable has one foil shield that encloses the whole bundle of twisted pairs with a spline to separate pairs the other cat6a shielded cable has each pair individually wrapped with foil then the whole bundle wrapped with wire screen but there is no spline
