Stuff like this can be very cheaply made and fall apart easily while not fancy or anything this little guy was solidly made and i am not concerned with it failing anytime soon

So i went to amazon to see if perhaps they had a cat5 cable splicer so i could connect two cables together

I was happy to see they did and i ordered it immediately two days later it was in my mailbox

Works as intended lets you use 2 separate data cables you can couple together so you dont have to waste cables you already have but are not long enough

Had two cords with broken clips on one end put broken clips in connector and secured with scotch tape
