Pros
I never have any issues with hair clogging up in it. Super quiet pump except for when the water is nearing empty, then it makes a noticeable suction noise. These fountains run 24/7 so it is imperative to have a backup pump.
Cons
The fountain works one day and does not the next day. Cat uses the litterbox and the urine is so smelly that she must be sick or dehydrated.

If you forget to fill it to the minimum water requirement the pump seems to stop working until you fill it back up and then you have to unplug and plug back in for the pump to start again

If you let the pump run too long without water 1 your pets will be thirsty and 2 the pump may break
