Ball came charged (been using for an hour so far no problem). Battery charge good so far. I love that it's usb charged. Battery life is great and quick to charge aswell.

Cette balle est parfaite pour un chat ou un tout petit chien. Notre chien est tres intrigué, il la suit. Je crois que if le jouet serait mou et pouvant être manipulé par le chat avec sa bouche ou ses griffes, çà serait bien plus attrayant.

The motor is too weak to get it out of any kind of stuck spot. The charging and battery life is unreliable. It's noisy when it clunks around on hard floors but struggles to move on carpet.

The product are not 100% cheap for the fabric. Ya know, the really thin type? It's very not interesting and you will just lost your money. She finds it very boring.
