I’ll start there and then say there is one flaw the maker really needs to fix asap if they want the product to perform like it does when it is clean and first set up

The holes in the front that allow the water to recycle through the filter and fountain are too large allowing cat hair and floor debris to go through and clog the motor and then it does make noise and has to be unplugged and cleaned too frequently

It makes little noise unless the water gets too low

Because she likes to throw food into the dish i have to clean it fairly often but thats an issue with my cat not the dish

This one had the least so i decided to try it knowing i could return it if it was horrible

It is by no means silent but it has a low hum that i do not find distracting

It also does not get the scummy feel on the bottom as some of the others when do that do not have a constant water flow
