The shielded connector plugs into the router and the terminal with a wonderful click. Bought 10 of them to hard wire my tv's and computers to the cat7 ports on my orbi router/satellites. No kinks or issues going around corners in my man cave.

It does a great job at stylishly sending memes from the basements of redditors to your favorite device. My imac seems to love it. Do not nee to ask for anything else.
Cons
Blue connectors are smaller, and the cable has smaller width. However the majority of the end of the connector is too. It wiggles in the port a lot. Could not even hit 100mbps with this “cat8” cable.

The thin braid is more coarse than round plastic so this may not be the best cord for well nevermind
