Once again it may have been the signal being sent but i dont think so since the converter was rated at 2 times the distance of the cable

They are strong and sturdy but i would have returned them if i hadnt gone past the return date by 1 day when i tried

I used a signal checker and there was signal across the cable but i was using a professional cat 5 video switch that has a range of 300 feet and the cable wouldnt carry a signal that far
