Pros
Easy to assemble. Way easy to assemble and more sturdy. Amp; my favorite books now have an inviting home.
Added wood glue and used a drill. Love this bookshelf. There are two support brackets to hold the top and bottom halves of the bookcase together, and the holes for these are drilled on the outside instead of the inside.
Cons
It totally needs to be assembled. It was quite a hassle bringing it back to the post office twice. Now my son still couldn't sleep in his room, the odor still exits.

However i deducted a star because i was expecting the quality to be a bit better based on the reviews

Maybe out there we can find something more design and refined but for the price is really nice
It does what we need and you can’t beat the price

I might have to simply remove the bracket and try to remember to lift from the bottom half if i ever want to move the shelf

I built it and let it on the ground instead of putting on the wall

I put a lof of stuffs on it and its very tough for carrying all that weight

I was looking for a ladder style shelf that would fit into a small corner of kitchen and would fade into the background while still being functionalsturdy enough to hold some specific items

The paint job wasn’t great bottoms and sides only had one coat and some marking on them although the tops and front were sufficiently coated
