These windows and balconies do not seem to be magnetic themselves but fit into the magnetic ones

These are listed for children 3 and up for small parts but i do want to make note that though these are made of very durable plastic but the magnets inside the pieces can be heard moving inside

This is not of much concern unless perhaps a piece were accidentally broken—say for example being stepped on—could potentially expose the magnets inside or cause them to possibly be dislodged
