Pros
The wooden handle is removable so the pan can be used in an oven. The only thing is the bottom that is not completely flat that makes it heat unevenly which may be problematic for ceramic hobs. Use this in the oven at least 4 or 5 times a week.
Really good craftsmanship. The design is very practical and pragmatic. If it lasts as long as my auntie, an absolute bargain price.
Hold the temperature really well, and heats up quickly and evenly throughout the whole area. After use it cleans well in hot/cold water. Another pointer once you’ve worn it in is to not use washing up liquid on it.
It browns an omelette really well and is nice and heavy. Easy to maintain and not very heavy. Great for mushroom cooking.
Especially the removable handle. Easy removal and attaching makes it really handy. Handle detaches easy.
Cons
It only delivers on one of these points. The box is dirty and full of oil stains. It looks like someone cooked something before to send to me. Too heavy and fixing and removing handle is not as easy as described.

If you are new to cast iron products you may be shocked how this uncoated material will attract rust from day one

I never wash these pan using detergent only with hot water so they do not lose there non stick ability and never put them in a dishwasher

Minor quibbles the handle can be a little loose while cooking and the rubber cover for the d handle opposite easily slips off
