These work just ok for my cast iron pans

They fit the handles well and do help somewhat keep you from burning your hands but they do get very hot within a few seconds of putting them on

They arent heavy enough to hold a handle for any length of time as the heat will come through but for short durations of moving a pan a little tipping it etc
