Quality
Ever since i pre-ordered this cookbook i’ve been stocking up on multiple sizes of cast iron pots and quality cleaning supplies.
Very happy with the advice and recipes.
Cookbooks need pictures because cooking and enjoying eating begins with the eyes.
Taste begins with the eyes and follows with the nose, and finally your taste buds.

The process did require more time to clean and season properly before being able to use it (an issue i remember having when first i received the skillet), but instructions were easy-to-follow.

I received the ebook version and appreciate the links to easily navigate the cookbook through the table of contents or the list for each section, but there’s only one photo used to illustrate each section.

The last statement may seem silly to say, but i have reviewed cookbooks that not only needed editing still, but the instructions didn't even make sense enough to try the recipe.

A side note is that i didn't know that there was a cast iron museum in tacoma, washington, or i sure would have gone to it when i visited tacoma on a vacation one year.
