Assembly in not to difficult however identifying the right bolts to use from the diagrams can be a bit of a chalange if you do not now the bolt size codes but would not prevent you puting the bed together correctly

Delivery was alright you specify a delivery date with them arfter you receive an email with there number to contact the suplyer

However in my case the product arrived two days prier to the agreed delivery date with is not a terible thing it was just lucky somone was there to receive it

Lift mechanism very stiff when first built but eases after first couple of uses

Instructions and parts were zipped into the headboard and instructions were inside head board telling you where instructions were

I will say that assembly is not for the faint hearted the instructions or lack their of are next to useless but between some youtube videos and a bit of common sense i managed to piece it together
