This keyboard fit the bill very nicely for me. It's very sturdy! You will not be disappointed.

A huge resounding yes to all. The sound quality isn't bad, especially given the extremely reasonable price point.

Using it with the simply piano app, midi works great.

This package is a wonderful bargain for anyone interested in starting out. Product looks solid and stylish. Casio is hands down my favorite keyboard manufacturer.

Cons

The keys are stiff and bouncy. There is nothing around the connector to support it and hold it in place so the minimal tiny points of connection would never be enough to hold up to pushing in and pulling out the usb adaptor.
