Pros
Nice airy, sporty looking, quick drying nylon strap with plenty of holes. Durable, comfortable & looks good. Only obvious disadvantage is the cloth style material retaining moisture.
Cons
The buckle and the band material is very uncomfortable, and i constantly have to adjust it throughout the day. Feels flimsy, and it's incredibly thin. Gets incredibly grimy and requires frequent gentle cleaning.

I had a metal band with magnet clasp that i got with the watch that fit but wanted something with a buckle that i thought was more secure

Also this material feels much nicer on the wrist than the standard plasticy rubberyy band supplied by apple

Not convinced it will last forever as the strap is already starting to fray around holes but hitting the nylon material gently with a lighter would in theory stop any fraying if it gets to be too much

I have a 40mm watch i don’t want a bigger watch but apple and all the vendors who sell bands seem to think if you have a smaller sized watch you won’t have a larger wrist

I’d buy another band from this company if they offered a simple cinch type velcro hook and loop band

Other people have noted how the hole becomes frayed where the metal catch piece inserts and the same happened to mine also but since the insides of the holes are melted beforehand it only frays to an extent
