The powder itself dissolves well (maybe better in oatmeal than drinks) the bag is quite sturdy, reseals well each time.

It came on time and a great product

Use the bag half way now and i am able to say it is a good buy quality and concenration is good

I only use a teaspoon or so at a time so im not sure i can even say i taste it as i add some other spices such in with the gf grains

I had to watch a video to assure i was using the amount of powder for my end product

Packaging/appearance

Each time i want to use it i have to scrape powder from the hard clumps

Also it takes well all the banging on the countertop i have to do to break down the clumps
