ok, so the name Carrington Farms doesn't exactly evoke images of an exotic, sunkissed paradise resplendent with lush coconut palms swaying in the tradewinds, but don't be fooled. Carrington Farms has got the coconut oil game cornered. i've tried many different brands over the years but i always end up reaching for CF, as nothing else at this price and size can match the flavor, aroma, texture and overall quality - especially when you're talking organic, unrefined, cold pressed, virgin coconut oil, to boot! that's a lot of boxes but CF manages to tick them all, and for the right price. i haven't noticed any quality issues since the packaging redesign as i'm working my way through my 3rd or 4th jar of the new issue. luckily, i haven't experienced any of the severe price fluctuations some reviews report, either. i've been buying the 54oz jar from both Amazon and Costco since 2013 and every time it's been around $20USD, give or take a couple.  Read Less
