Pros
Easy to cook and prepare. Almost too easy. My only complaint is that $13. I'm most impressed that the company will pay it forward, feeding kids in the philippines.
Add some fat or cheese or just seasoning. I bread my turkey meatballs with this and it is awesome! I add my own no salt seasoning and the meatballs come out nice, juicy and tasty. I add a few spices and some creme fraiche and pecorino romano cheese.
This carrington farms, ground lupin bean, garlic & herb, is highly seasoned. The garlic and herb flavor is wonderful to smell and tastes delicious.
Cons
This tastes too salty and kind of bitter. It reminds me of couscous but about as thick as oatmeal. Not that this is rotten, but just to give you an idea of how overboard it is.

99 a bag still went over budget to buy it again but it’s too expensive to eat often unless the cost drops back down

I think this is great for a healthier version of the tabbouleh salad without all of the carbs from the bulger
Competitiveness
I love carrington farms products and we have used many of this brand because we are a glutenfree family and they make excellent products
I’m on a super low carb diet 30lbs down

The bag is smaller than i expected for the price but i easily could have looked at the ounces and i did not

Overall we probably wouldnt order the garlic and herb flavor again mainly because id like to get something that we can get the kids to eat
