The flavor is fine. It tastes great and keep me regular. These are the best.

For people counting carbs, it is 4g carbs for that same serving size. Must be kept refrigerated. Store in refrigerator to keep it fresher longer.

Calories per two tablespoons. Added 2 tablespoons into my greek yogurt daily. Mix with with my steel cut oats/ brown rice to cut down on portion size.

It is fresh and came in a nice clean package sealed

There wasnt anything written on the package that stated whole flax seeds so i assumed they would be ground and they werent

Competitiveness

Compared to the store bought version this chiaflax mix is great

Specially because it is hard to find both mixes at the store

The only issue is that it was much more moist than previous bags that i bought in the store
