Cons

For carrier to have this piece of garbage controlling its otherwise fantastic system is just a pity. Layers of confusing controls leave the user lost as to what the system is doing. However the ui is downright unpleasant and unintuitive.

    I tried other thermostats and looked at the wiring for my carrier infinity system and they do not match

    This stat has only needed four wires for a basic installation however if you have zones you will need six wires

    The rest of the two wires are for zones if you have them i dont have them in my system so i cannot comment on them
