Pros

I have a puppy who is marking due to puberty. This has been a game changer. It's now my 'go to' cleaner.

It has a very fresh and clean scent without being too overpowering or too smelling too chemical. The smell is lemony fresh! It's expensive but i love the smell!

Great product and removed all pet odor for area rug

I liked the product as the fragrance was great and the effectiveness to control urine odors was quite good

We used this product one time spread it around the carpet let it sit for 1 hours vacuumed and the room smelled great again

This product rid the house of dog smells and it is not perfume smelling that would give me a headache

I purchased a wool rug on etsy that was cleaned before it was shipped so it arrived a bit damp

Packaging/appearance

I love that it came in double packaging just in case

The package arrived damaged and i am unable to seal it so i used a large ziplock bag

Only bad thing is that the seal of the packaging to keep it closed was broken and seemed very thin

The only flaw is the packaging is awkward and difficult to spread the products but definitely manageable
