Pros
Acetyl carnitine feels awesome on me, been taking it for more than 2 years now. Also setting pb for 5k and half marathon too. No longer have the extreme headache, sinus and ear pain that took half each month away.
Cons
The only thing that bothered me so much is that majority of time it made me feel dehydrated. Mix and match use of terms to confuse people on precisely how much you are getting. This product contains magnesium stearate.

They are fairly expensive but if you can afford it they are definitely worth it
