Pros

The coating makes them easier to * plus they don't upset my stomach at all. The soft gels are nice because you can pop them in your mouth and chew them, then follow with a water chaser.

They are also useful as a mood brightener and to relieve constipation. It helps me fall asleep. It also helps with digestion. It truly helps for the digestive system.

The magnesium is well absorbed by my body with no laxative effects. This brand of magnesium is the best i have found.

Cons

Even taking 2 per day made no differnce. The capsules in the bottle we got had a very thick, viscous, almost solid white mass inside. The gels are stuck together in a lump.
