Doc suggested my 6yo daughter take iron supplements so we gave these a go but she struggled to get them down with the strong metallic finishing taste

We tried on my six year old liquid iron supplement which tasted horrible and made my son throw up and have horrible pain then the powder supplement which didn’t taste to good and was hard for my son to drink it all so he wasn’t taking it enough
