Pros

Best suggestion is to take with water because it is very powdery. Amino acid works synergistically with the magnesium. Wish they would make them in capsule form or something easier to *.

Each bottle contains 180 uncoated tablets. Each tablet has 200mg of magnesium (as magnesium glycinate chelate) around 1x0. Large, oval tablet.

Cons

The seller advertises carlson labs chelated magnesium as using magnesium glycinate chelate as it's only magnesium source. All chelates are not equal. The form of magnesium which is best assimilated is chelated magnesium such as this.

It's a shame they have now stooped to dumbing down the formula to one containing cheap, worthless ingredients. Shame on carlson for this obvious form of deceptive advertising.
