The seams are sealed and waterproof. Looks like it'll be waterproof. The fabric is thick and seems durable. The material is waterproof and quite sturdy.

Soft sided car top carrier/bag from cargo smart is a great way to carry extra loot at christmas. They have a nice large zipper and velcro to keep the flaps down over the zipper. This is a bag that you can strap to the top of your car.

Bag is not road worthy. Can't handle the freeway speeds. Worthless product.
