Pros

This looks and works as advertised. This really smooths the operation particularly when i set down. Well constructed, looks good, functions well.

Bough this for my 80 plus year old father in law. For me, the gamble of ordering one paid off handsomely. Great product at a fantsstic price.

Cons

The product drops the patient about 4 inches above the chair with an abrupt impact. The box says not to use it on a couch. You need two good arms to push up on chair arms and if you lean back at all, it goes back down.

This company says not eligible for refunds. Disappointed in amazon and the manufacture. The box says returnable, until you hover on that area and then it says non-returnable.
