Pros

This toilet seat is a lifesaver. Hubby says it has helped so much. Very thankful to have this.

It fits good and has not loosened from its fittings like others i have had. Easy to install, fits securely on the toilet. Very easy to attach.

People are taller and yet toilets seem to get lower. Bought one for upstairs and down. I am only 5’3” so it is just a bit tall for me but works ok. The toilet seat elevator is perfect height!

Cons

The screw is too big to fit through the hole in the toilet seat. Don't waste your money on this product, buy the kohler product for a little more money. Went through this nonsense twice.

The product is not returnable through amazon. Duct tape the product to the user's bum before each use. Want to return it for reimbursement but.

When you tighten the bolts down, it compresses the rear area of the ring which causes the ring to rise in the front. There was no hardware for installation.
